The Diversity Fresco is an interactive workshop based on the collective intelligence of your team. Developed by ESSEC Business School, it uses a gamified, data-driven approach to map out the cognitive and social mechanisms that lead to discrimination. It’s not about pointing fingers; it’s about creating a shared understanding of how inclusion actually works.

It’s an experiential learning journey. You don’t just listen; you do, reflect, and conclude. The Fresco is science based and uses up-to-date research and data to move beyond anecdotes and opinions.

The "Fresco" format uses a set of cards to help a group visually map out the links between stereotypes, prejudices, and systemic discrimination. It’s designed to be equally impactful for "blue-collar" workers on the shop floor and "white-collar" executives in the boardroom.

What to expect:
👉 Duration: app. 3 hours of interactive, experiential learning.
👉 Methodology: A science-based journey to decode unconscious patterns.
👉 Outcome: You’ll leave with a shared language and a clear "aha!" moment regarding diversity.
