16. Ticket Sales and Refunds

Moviao may facilitate the sale of tickets for events. All ticket sales are final, and refunds will be provided only in accordance with the event organizer's refund policy.

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Moviao, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Moviao does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
